Our personal trainers are ACE & NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specific expertise in training prenatal and postnatal clients. Through a 30-minute free consultation, they will be able to listen to you, your specific considerations and goals, and formulate a plan that is just right for you. Whether you prefer to meet with them once for a one-hour assessment and training session, or sign up for four or eight sessions in order to meet larger goals over time, they will be thrilled to work with you!

Robyn
Robyn brings over a decade of experience as a yoga, mobility, and strength coach to her practice. With her background in dance, yoga, and fitness, she offers a comprehensive approach tailored to her clients' unique needs, goals, and dreams! Robyn has worked with individuals of all ages and abilities, where she crafts personalized programs focusing on strength, mobility, functional movement, endurance, and mindfulness. Her dedication to meeting clients where they are at allows her to design programs that resonate with their individual journey.
In addition to her work as a personal trainer, Robyn is a certified birth doula, specializing in pre and postnatal care. She holds certifications in Steel Mace Vinyasa, Trauma-informed Yoga, 500-Hour Yoga Therapy, pre-natal Yoga, Prenatal Fitness, and NASM Personal Training.
In her free time she loves to dance, spend time in nature and with her family.
Caitlin
Caitlin Ibarra is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specific expertise in training prenatal, postnatal women and also holds her women's fitness specialization certification (WFS). She was the owner of Fit4mom South Seattle for the past 9 years and is currently the Co-Owner of South Seattle Women's fitness and has many additional certifications in Youth exercise specialist (YES), Barre, Strength training, TRX, and Pilates.
Caitlin started her health and wellness journey after having children. After finding out she had a rare genetic condition she continues to be so grateful for her strength and movement. She is here to support you while safely building strength, flexibility, and stability.
