Strength

Strength is designed to help you build total-body strength in a supportive and motivating environment. Using weighted bars, dumbbells, kettlebells and/or bodyweight, this class focuses on developing muscular strength, improving stability and strengthening the core. Each workout includes functional movements that support everyday activities and help you feel stronger in daily life. This class welcomes all fitness levels and our child-optional sessions are available for those who need them.Schedule

TRX Strength

TRX Strength: TRX suspension training combined with dynamic bodyweight exercises designed to build strength, flexibility, and core stability. In this class, we focus on total-body strength and muscular endurance, using the TRX straps along with functional strength movements like squats, rows, lunges, presses, and planks. Expect a challenging full body workout that will engage your core in every exercise. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout. Schedule

TRX Barre

TRX Barre: TRX suspension training meets barre-inspired movement for a workout that blends strength, control, and precision. Using the TRX straps for support and resistance, this class incorporates small, targeted movements, pulses, and holds designed to strengthen the body. Expect a lower-impact workout that emphasizes balance, posture, and stability while still delivering a deep burn. Schedule

HIIT

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training is a dynamic workout designed to elevate your heart rate while building strength throughout the body. This class alternates between short bursts of higher-intensity work and recovery periods, combining cardio intervals with strength-based movements for an efficient and energizing workout. Both low-impact and higher-impact options are offered so participants can choose the level that feels right for them. All fitness levels are welcome, and child-optional classes are available.

LIIT

LIIT: Low Intensity Interval training offers the benefits of interval training in a gentle, low-impact format that prioritizes accessibility and comfort. This class alternates between periods of light effort and recovery while incorporating movements that improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. The pace is supportive and approachable, making it a great option for beginners, those returning to exercise, individuals managing injuries, and prenatal clients. LIIT allows you to move your body, build strength, and improve endurance while staying mindful of your body’s needs.Schedule

Fitness in the Park: Fitness in the Park brings our supportive community outdoors for a refreshing full-body workout. This class focuses on building strength, improving posture, strengthening the core, and incorporating low-impact cardio to elevate the heart rate. Movements are designed to support everyday functional fitness, helping you move with confidence, stability, and ease in daily life. Yoga

Yoga - Restorative: Restorative Yoga is a calming, supportive class designed to help the body release tension and the mind slow down. Through gentle movement, longer-held poses, and intentional breathing, this class focuses on opening tight joints, stretching muscles, and restoring balance to the body. The slower pace allows time for deeper relaxation and alignment while supporting healing in the muscles and connective tissues. This class is beneficial for all abilities and is especially supportive for those seeking recovery, relaxation, or mindful movement. Prenatal participants are warmly welcome.

Yoga - Vinyasa: Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, multi-level class that links breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Poses are thoughtfully guided and broken down so newer students can develop confidence and understanding, while experienced yogis can deepen their practice and explore variations. The class moves at a steady pace that gently elevates the heart rate while encouraging mindful movement and connection to breath. All levels are encouraged to join and move in a way that supports their individual practice. Schedule

Dance Fitness

Dance Fitness: Dance Fitness is a high-energy class that combines easy-to-follow dance moves with a fun and effective workout. Set to upbeat music, this class will get your heart rate up while improving coordination, endurance, and overall fitness. The focus is on movement, joy, and letting go of perfection, no dance experience required and 2 left feet welcomed! Whether you have rhythm or feel like you have two left feet, everyone is welcome to join in, move freely, and leave feeling strong, energized, and a little sweaty.Schedule

Functional Strength 10 Week Program

Functional Strength - 10 week program: Functional Strength is a 10-week program designed to help you build lasting strength and confidence through progressive training. This program focuses on developing full-body strength using movements that translate directly into everyday life. Through guided coaching and group support, members will learn foundational strength training techniques, improve lifting form, and gradually increase intensity in a safe and supportive way. Whether you are new to strength training or looking to deepen your practice, this program provides structure, accountability and a community that supports your progress.Schedule

Run Club Program

Run Club - 10 week program: Run Club is a welcoming and supportive community for runners of all experience levels and paces. Whether you are brand new to running, returning after time away or working toward increasing your distance or speed, there is a place for you here. Our 10-week training program supports runners preparing for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distances, with flexible plans that adapt to your experience level and goals. Along with coaching support, you’ll find encouragement, accountability and a community that makes running more enjoyable and sustainable.Schedule
